Henkel Promotes Rajat Agarwal to North America President
Henkel, manufacturer of such brands as Dial, Snuggle and Schwarzkopf, has named Rajat Agarwal as president of its North America region.
Agarwal was promoted to the role for his technical expertise and decades of organizational knowledge after spending 28 years with the company. Additionally, the company said his strategic problem-solving, entrepreneurial spirit and future-ready mindset will help in leading diverse high-performing teams and inspire colleagues across the region to strive for excellence.
His time at Henkel has included leading innovation and product development, managing international business strategy and overseeing sustainability efforts, according to LinkedIn.

He succeeds Pernille Lind Olsen, who departed the company to seek out new opportunities.
Agarwal joined in 1997 as a research scientist in the company’s adhesive business, holding roles across research and global innovation since then. This includes spending four years as president of the company’s Greater China segment.
Agarwal also serves as corporate vice president of packaging for Henkel’s adhesive technologies business.
