Corby Wine & Spirits has selected an integrated business planning solution from Exceedra to help optimize business and sales & operations planning processes (including trade promotion management/optimization) that will support the company’s growth strategy.
The solution platform is expected to offer Corby an easy-to-use tool that integrates process across sales, finance, supply chain, demand planning and marketing, solving issues across departments while streamlining and reducing manual effort. It will also help Corby simulate trade promotion scenarios and business plans and facilitate improved pre- & post-promotion analysis.
