Cole Haan Customers to Enjoy One Touch Payment
Footwear and accessories brand Cole Haan launches Apple Pay allowing customers to make purchases with one touch on the mobile shopping app.
Cole Haan is the first lifestyle brand to adopt this contactless payment technology within a single branded application experience. Consumers will now be able to experience one touch payment with Apple Pay on the mobile shopping app. Cole Haan partnered with mobile commerce platform PredictSpring to build the Cole Haan iPhone, iPad and Android mobile apps.
Notable features include Shop the Look, allowing consumers to shop directly from the Cole Haan Instagram feed, as well as geo-fencing technology that alerts consumers to nearby Cole Haan stores.
With the introduction of ZeroGrand, Grand.OS and the opening of The Global Innovation Center, this is Cole Haan's next big step. The latest company insights indicate that approximately half of Cole Haan traffic is from mobile devices, with a significant amount coming from smartphones.
