Blue Diamond Growers Teams for TPM

Blue Diamond Growers has tapped Upclear for its BluePlanner trade promotion management platform.

Founded in 1910 and based in California, Blue Diamond Growers is an agricultural co-op serving over 3,500 almond growers producing 80% of the state’s almond crop. And while the consumer goods company may have turned to Upclear for its strategic benefits, the ability of the two teams to collaborate so easily during this time of disruption has proved to be the icing on the cake.

The entire deployment has been conducted remotely — minute the first kickoff meeting in early March — and the culture of the two teams have aligned well, according to the solutions provider.  

Blue Diamond Growers was training its sales team just three months after its kickoff call, making use of interactive quizzes, and they were scheduled to go live in less than six months.

Corby Drewes, senior manager of sales operations at Blue Diamond Growers, expressed confidence the company would witness results in better fiscal year planning, visibility of customer investment levels/profitability, and trade efficiency.
