Bill Akins, executive director at Chick-fil-A, will share his experience in proving and maximizing ROI in AI implementations at the consumer goods industry’s premier event for analytics education, Analytics Unite.
Akins has a rich background in both digital and physical retail, including expertise in artificial intelligence, shopper marketing, and consumer behavior.
A Stanford graduate and University of Arkansas professor teaching artificial intelligence and marketing, he also has over 25 years of leadership experience, including pivotal roles at Walmart Global Technology, where he helped revitalize data monetization and championed the rise of the "data citizen."
Akins will be joined by panelists Jens Taylor, senior director, software engineering and strategy at The Hershey Company, and Carlos Pineda, head of data, analytics, and insights for North America and Global Markets at Diageo.
