Back to Nature Achieves Non-GMO Milestone
Back to Nature Foods Company obtained Non-GMO Project Verification for over 70 of its products (over 80 percent) since it began the process in January 2015. Back to Nature’s Non-GMO Project Verified products are produced in compliance with the Non-GMO Project Standard. The Non-GMO Project Standard provides ongoing verification for all ingredients used in Back to Nature’s formulas, as well as facility inspections and annual audits to ensure that the highest possible standards for GMO avoidance are met.
Approximately 300 ingredients were carefully sourced and tested to ensure that all non-GMO Back to Nature products, which now carry the Non-GMO Project Verified Seal on their packaging.
Back to Nature is celebrating this key milestone and Non-GMO Month with a sweepstakes offering fans the chance to win a “Nature-cation” trip. Now, consumers can visit and like Back to Nature’s Facebook page and describe their favorite place to connect with nature. One grand prize winner will win a “Nature-Cation” trip for their family of four and five additional winners will receive a non-GMO prize pack.
