Unilever to Cut UK Management Jobs
As part of an effort to streamline its business processes, Unilever announces that about 40 managers will be leaving the company's UK operations, reports the Financial Times. Unilever plans to reorganize its five business units (three for its food operations and two for home and personal care) into two business units, one for home and personal care, another for food and ice cream. Unilever may also cut up to 350 jobs in its UK branch's marketing, sales, finance and human resources departments.
