Trace One Picked Up By Symphony Technology Group

Symphony Technology Group, a private equity firm focused on investing in the software, data analytics, and software-enabled technology services sectors, has acquired Trace One, a dedicated B2B collaborative platform for retail, consumer goods and private label.

Trace One provides a single SaaS platform with multiple interlocking business applications, including product and packaging lifecycle management, sourcing and compliance for 25 global retailers and more than 5,000 consumer goods manufacturers.

The platform intends to provide customers with the ability to create higher quality, trusted, and compliant own-branded goods faster, in order deliver benefits to consumers and the environment.
