Sony Ericsson Deploys Learning Content Management Worldwide
Sony Ericsson is using ForceTen, Eedo Knowledgeware's learning content management system, to develop and disseminate learning content to thousands of employees, customers, call centers and repair centers worldwide. The initiative is part of a corporate objective to improve the quality and timeliness of training material while making it easier for subject-matter experts to develop and repurpose content for various groups. ForceTen also enables users to manage content in 40 different languages. "Eedo's learning content management system has helped us to deliver consistent and appropriate content to thousands of users who have different needs, levels of understanding and who work in various languages," says Mats Frisk, director of ISC at Sony Ericsson. "It's well understood that an informed and current organization leads to better customer satisfaction and improved bottom-line results."
