Patrick Fitzmaurice brings a long track record of innovative industry leadership in the marketing, sales and shopper/retail space to his role as facilitator for CGT's League of Leaders.

Along with other industry leaders, he recently formed a new company called Caterpillar Farm, Inc., where he serves as Head Farmer/CEO.  Caterpillar Farm is a change activation firm, advising companies operating in fast-moving environments on how to quickly envision and activate organizational change to capture growth and beat the competition.

Prior to Caterpillar Farm, Patrick was on the executive team at the Path to Purchase Institute, an EnsembleIQ company, where among other industry initiatives he drove the development and launch of the Path to Purchase Leadership University, a training and professional development program for building knowledge and competencies around best-in-class shopper marketing.

Prior to the Institute, Fitzmaurice spent more than 10 years helping to build a boutique consulting firm, The Capre Group, where he helped leading companies like Hershey, Coca-Cola and Johnson & Johnson drive new organizational capabilities in the shopper and path-to-purchase space.

Before joining The Capre Group in 2003, he held leadership roles at companies such as Unilever, Nielsen and Donnelley Marketing, as well as at several successful startups. He also has served as president of the American Marketing Association in Georgia.
