P&G Executive Joins Kellogg Board

Cereal maker Kellogg Co. names Procter & Gamble Co. executive Robert A. Steele to its board, effective July 1. Steele is vice chairman, global health and well-being at Procter & Gamble. He has been at the consumer product company for more than 30 years.
