The Estée Lauder Companies announced new leadership for its international business, including a new group president to replace the outgoing retiring Cedric Prouvé.

The food and beverage giant is modifying its operating regions, with subsequent leadership changes, in a move to strengthen the business and grow local relevance in its key markets.

The executive will lead all aspects of PMI’s supply chain operations in the North America and EMEA regions – including sales, demand and supply planning, sourcing, manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.

Pete Gerstberger is joining The Honest Company as chief digital and strategy officer.

Andrew Gibson has been named chief technology officer at supply chain analytics provider AutoScheduler.ai, where he’ll lead the company’s software development efforts.

The new lead joined K-C in 2019 from Johnson & Johnson, where he held a series of progressive leadership positions across customer development, marketing and general management in multiple countries.

Siwak is tasked with growing the confectionary company’s business in the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.

The announcements follow the recent appointment of Brendan Whitworth as CEO and president of Anheuser-Busch.
