P2PSummit: Learn How Unilever Builds Trust Through Transparency

Trust in manufacturers and their brands has been decreasing while consumers have demanded to know more about their products, and Unilever is responding to this environment by building trust through transparency.

During a Path to Purchase Summit presentation, Unilever’s Melanie Condon, external affairs & issues management, will discuss the evolution of how information is exchanged through SmartLabel, how Unilever is using the SmartLabel tool to build trust with its consumers, and how the data can be leveraged elsewhere to power a variety of brands' transparency initiatives.

Condon will present alongside Abbie Bys, director, product development, at Label Insight. They will divulge how brands are responding to consumers' increasing demand for more information on their products, what tools are available to allow these tactics to come to life, and how global corporations can manage an initiative such as this across their portfolio of brands.
