Murdochs Advances its Omnichannel Capabilities

Murdoch’s Ranch & Home Supply has implemented omnichannel commerce platform Kibo’s order management platform to provide real-time local inventory availability and advanced omnichannel fulfillment capabilities within their new retail website.

With an already strong eCommerce presence, Murdoch’s saw Kibo’s solution as an opportunity to better serve its customers and create a seamless online and offline experience. The newly designed murdochs.com was launched in October, giving customers greater access to buy where and how they want. Murdoch’s is excited to provide more purchasing options as it will greatly benefit their customers. With online visibility into Murdoch’s inventory, customers can quickly find the products they want and receive them in a way that is most convenient.
