It’s no secret that today’s brands are zoning in on the consumer experience in order to leverage valuable behavioral insights that can better inform several areas across the organization.

From product research to tech innovation, consumer data — particularly from loyal customers — becomes invaluable, and that’s why Jamie Lancaster, VP of shared services at Kroger, is tackling the subject at our highly attended Analytics Unite event.

Being held this June 21-23 at the Drake Hotel in Chicago, Analytics Unite: The Summit for Retail and Consumer Brands will gather the most innovative executives in retail and consumer goods for three exclusive days of education, networking, and socializing.

Jamie Lancaster joined Kroger Technology in 2008 as the director of application services, handling software operational support for all application software including logistics, supply chain, HR, accounting, payroll and store systems.

Lancaster has taken on many roles at Kroger, from senior director, officer of the CIO to VP of indirect sourcing and procurement and leading the general and administrative expense optimization.

In his current role, Lancaster leads Kroger's customer contact center, support center and contact center shared services. Lancaster says his role is to help customers and associates solve problems with minimal effort on their part, serving Kroger's 400,000+ associates and millions of customers.

Joining Lancaster on the panel is Josh Blacksmith, senior director of global consumer relationships and engagement at Kimberly-Clark, who will be sharing his company’s transformation journey, and how a fail fast mentality has allowed the CG company to pinpoint winning strategies and technologies and scale them at speed around the globe.
