Kraft Board Nominates Newell Rubbermaid Exec

Kraft Foods Inc.'s Board of Directors has nominated Mark D. Ketchum for election at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on April 24, 2007. Ketchum is president and chief executive officer of Newell Rubbermaid Inc., a position he has held since October 2005. A 33-year veteran of Procter & Gamble (P&G), Ketchum retired in 2004 after serving five years as president, global baby and family care. "Mark Ketchum is a highly talented executive with an uncommon blend of experience in manufacturing, logistics, marketing and brand building," says Kraft Chairman Louis C. Camilleri. "His success in leading global, consumer-oriented businesses will be of tremendous value to Kraft, and we look forward to his contributions in the years ahead."
