Learn about AB InBev’s Direct-to-Consumer strategy and how it’s designing solutions that improve the consumer experience and empower small retailers with technology.
5 years ago, AB InBev’s global incubator, ZX Ventures, invested in direct-to-consumer with a focus on building innovative solutions that connects with customers. Since then, AB InBev has focused on designing experiences that revolve around consumer connection and empower small retailers using data and technology. When the pandemic hit, AB InBev DTC portfolio brands such as Zé Delivery, a delivery platform in Brazil, were well-positioned to meet consumer demands and allowed AB InBev to accelerate its efforts during the pandemic.
In this discussion, AB InBev’s Chief Direct to Consumer Officer Pablo Panizza, will join AWS’ Justin Honaman, to share how AB InBev:
- Invested ahead in a Direct-to-Consumer strategy and built with a consumer-centric mindset
- Rapidly scaled its digital ecosystem and supply chain to meet the spike in demand
- Plans to evolve its direct-to-consumer capabilities post pandemic to drive global scale
Join the conversation on June 15th at 11:00 am EST to learn how AB InBev will continue to evolve and innovate to be a leading beverage delivery service in the world.
