HCL Technologies is going on a hiring spree.
The global technology company intends to create 12,000 new jobs in the United States in the next five years, including recruiting more than 2,000 graduates over the next 36 months within its Rise at HCL U.S. early career and training program. Part of the organization’s global New Vistas program, Rise at HCL seeks to establish innovation and delivery centers in emerging cities around the world.
The IT and business solution provider also recently launched an apprenticeship program that offers full-time tech jobs and fully-funded higher education for high school graduates in the U.S.
Qualified candidates in its recruitment efforts will work across roles in IT consulting and technology, including agile application development, cloud, IT infrastructure services, IoT, data analytics and digital engineering.
HCL employs more than 187,000 people globally, including 22,000 in the United States. It’s operated in the region for more than three decades.
