Content Analytics Lends E-commerce Expertise to Acosta

Content Analytics, Inc. has established a strategic partnership with sales and marketing agency Acosta.

The partnership will enable Acosta to add Content Analytics' e-commerce capabilities to the existing portfolio of integrated sales and marketing solutions that it offers consumer packaged goods companies.

Content Analytics provides e-commerce analytics, content management, and reporting capabilities in a single platform. 

“E-commerce holds great untapped potential for retail that is waiting to be unlocked — but it requires the proper technology to do so,” says Acosta chief executive officer Steve Matthesen. “Our clients are asking for the right tools to simplify the management of their e-commerce channels, increase their presence and revenues online, as well as create the ideal omnichannel shopping experience for their customers.”

The Content Analytics dashboard that Acosta will offer includes tools for account management, inventory management, product content creation, product content optimization, analytics, and tracking of key performance indicators such as pricing and "Buy Box" ownership. Also included is the ability for brands to auto-generate SmartLabel pages.
