Alberto Culver Company enters into an agreement to acquire Simple Health & Beauty Limited, a leading UK-based skin care company, from Duke Street, a mid-market private equity fund.
Under the terms of the agreement, P&G will acquire Ambi Pur, a global air care brand with presence in 80 countries, as well as several toilet care products with strong presence in Western Europe and Asia.
