Benjamin Moore Rebate Process Gets Streamlined


The rebate process at Benjamin Moore’s Contractor & Commercial Pricing Program is a bit smoother now thanks to new point-of-sale features from Celerant Technology.

Celerant’s multichannel retail software integrates paint suppliers, contractor management, and paint and hardware inventory within a single platform, intended to streamline operations for independent and small chain paint retailers.

Benjamin Moore paints are available from over 5,000 locally owned paint and decorating retailers, and the single platform enables them to manage both in-store and online sales.

They can also import product catalogs, automatically reorder inventory, provide contractor pricing, manage in-house charge accounts, offer loyalty rewards, create special orders, look up the purchase history and more.

Now retailers can also generate and automatically send a report to Benjamin Moore through the POS to receive credit for qualifying items.

After selecting a date range, the report pulls and formats the necessary data based on the requirements of the rebate program. This includes the Benjamin Moore outlet number, customer ID, address, receipt ID, UPC code, item description, item quantity, selling price, job number, sales rep and more.
