Amy's Kitchen Hires Paul Schiefer as Top Leader
Organic prepared food manufacturer Amy's Kitchen has hired Paul Schiefer to lead the company.
Schiefer was promoted after serving as president since 2023. He has helped lead the company's international expansion, developing it into an organization that delivers $1 billion in retail sales.

As CEO, Schiefer will focus on advancing innovation, sustainability and responsible business practices, and driving operational excellence to drive long-term growth.
As part of this transition, co-founder Andy Berliner departs the corporate leadership role to become executive chairman of the board. Co-founder Rachel Berliner will remain an active contributor to company innovation, marketing and the board.
Berliner said Schiefer was chosen for his experience in navigating the company through its most important chapters.
"He understands what makes this company special and how to carry that forward. His leadership, insight and connection to our values made him the clear choice to lead Amy's into the future," Berliner said in a statement.
