Atlanta-based WestRock Co. expanded its capabilities to support the beauty and personal care, nutraceutical and media industries with the acquisition of UBS Printing Group, Corona, California. The acquisition further extends the company’s geographical footprint on the West Coast and will become a part of WestRock’s Multi Packaging Solutions business.

UBS is a specialty printing and packaging company that manufactures high impact cartons, as well as related literature products. The acquisition of UBS fits with the company’s strategy to expand its capabilities and footprint to reflect customer needs.
