Saha leads analytics and insights for the global supply chain at The Estée Lauder Companies. Prior to Estée Lauder, he held a variety of global and regional analytics leadership roles at Mondelēz and Procter & Gamble.

Saha’s passion and expertise revolve around the strategic and operational design of supply chains to enable delivery of business outcomes. Besides end-to-end trade-offs between cost, cash, and service, he is particularly interested in the implications of external and internal risk, and over the years has led business teams to several high NPV decisions with sophisticated application of analytical and risk assessment frameworks.

Ashok Viswanathan

Ashok Viswanathan

Director of Supply Chain Analytics, Best Buy

Viswanathan has over 16 years' experience in driving supply chain transformation through innovative application of analytics and technology. At Best Buy, he leads a team of analytics professionals and product managers delivering solutions across transportation, warehousing, end-to-end network strategy, and reverse supply chain. He has a PhD in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Binghamton University, is an adjunct faculty at Rutgers University, and speaks and publishes at various forums in the field of supply chain and analytics.

Elena Alikhachkina

Elena Alikhachkina

CDO, Digital & Data Analytics Executive, University of Arkansas at Little Rock

Alikhachkina launched her career in management consulting by assisting companies in assessing global market opportunities. Her enthusiasm for data and technology was initially sparked by her interest in consumer and market insights. Over the years, she has had the privilege of collaborating with many exceptional individuals and working for prominent companies that have provided her with opportunities to travel and work in several countries across the globe.

Most recently, Alikhachkina has held two significant positions as the SVP digital CE at Roche and Global VP / CDO at Danone. As an adjunct professor at UALR, Alikhachkina teaches a special topics class entitled "CDO Fundamentals," where she imparts her knowledge and insights to students seeking to excel in the field of digital and data transformation.
