Smithfield Packing taps John Galt Solutions for forecast and plan production within Smithfield Packing's packaged meats division. Smithfield Packing is a subsidiary of Smithfield Foods, the world's largest pork processor and hog producer, with revenues exceeding $11 billion in 2006.
