Pistola Demin, a Los Angeles-based womenswear brand, is upgrading its quality management capabilities with an AI-enabled, consolidated, real-time view of operations as it looks to scale production into full ready-to-wear collections.

The company has partnered with tech company Inspectorio to elevate and standardize its product quality across its global supplier network.

The collaboration will allow Pistola to standardize in-line and final inspections across its global supplier base, improving control and visibility across styles, factories and production stages. Additionally, its teams will gain access to real-time dashboards through which they can monitor supplier quality performance and streamline corrective actions.

Pistola Denim was founded in 2013 by industry veterans Kevin and Grace Na with a core mission to deliver luxury construction and fabrication at prices that make premium denim accessible to every woman. The brand is available at retailers such as Bloomingdale's, Amazon and Nordstrom.

“Pistola Denim has built a loyal following around our brand’s consistent fit, finish and durability — something that no competitor can match at our price points,” Daryl Rosenberg, VP of global supply chain, said in a statement, adding that by tapping into a "purpose-built quality management platform" its teams and manufacturing partners have one place to work from as Pistola scales its operations.
