Maytag Brand Appliances Return to Best Buy

Whirlpool Corporation plans to bring Maytag brand appliances back to all U.S. Best Buy stores and online at www.bestbuy.com in May 2007. The reintroduction of Maytag brand appliances in the laundry, cooking, dishwasher and refrigeration categories will bring Best Buy customers additional appliance options, helping the retailer provide a unique appliance shopping experience. "Consumers know the Maytag brand represents quality and dependability in appliances," says David Swift, president of Whirlpool Corporation North America.
