Markem and Imaje form Product Identification Powerhouse

Dover Corporation announced the combination of two of its Dover Engineered Systems companies: Markem Corporation and Imaje S.A. The newly combined business, now called Markem.Imaje, becomes one of the world's largest product identification solutions providers. The business will be positioned to provide a comprehensive range of marking and coding solutions for packaging industry customers around the world. As a result of this integration, the new Markem.Imaje business has defined new common goals. According to the company's vision and mission statement, Markem.Imaje will strive to "become our customers' most trusted business partner in the product identification market in every corner of the world".
