Land O'Lakes Names New Supply Chain Chief

Land O'Lakes, Inc. has promoted Yone Dewberry to chief supply chain officer. He will assume his new responsibilities on May 15.

"Yone's promotion to this important position aligns all key supply chain functions under a single leader who will focus on ... talent development and position Land O'Lakes for the future," said Beth Ford, group executive vice president and chief operating officer, to whom Dewberry will report.

A nine-year Land O'Lakes veteran, Dewberry had already taken on an expanded role as senior vice president of supply chain and procurement this winter as the company evolved the structure of its supply chain team. The changes were designed to drive enhanced integration and expand the portfolio.

Dewberry joined Land O'Lakes in 2008 as director of dairy planning. His broad background also includes more than 12 years working as a supply chain consultant with companies including BDP International and KPMG, and 15 years with consumer products and chemical companies such as Kraft Foods, Corning Glass and ARCO.
