La Senza Adopts Workforce Management System

La Senza deploys Infor HCM Workforce Management at more than 50 retail locations. The lingerie retailer is using the Infor system, previously known as Workbrain, to supports its initiative to manage employee scheduling to lower labor costs, improve overall operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience. With 3,000 employees scheduled manually in more than 340 retail location across Canada, La Senza realized a need to improve scheduling and manage its workforce. La Senza uses the HCM Workforce Management applications to implement labor forecasting and enhance scheduling functionality.
