Kehe Food Launches Predictive Shopper Analytic Portal

Kehe Food Distributors, a U.S. distributor of natural and specialty food products serving food retailers including SuperValu, HEB, and Meijer's, releases a specialty food industry web-based system to deliver store-level sales analytics and predictive analysis capability for currently un-served locations. The Kehe "POD2" web portal is powered by aWhere's hosted portal services. aWhere's platform and data services integrate Kehe's point of distribution (POD) data with extensive store-level trade-area attributes including shopper demographic / psychographic profiles and store attributes predictive of sales volume potential.

Many of Kehe's vendor-partners are small and medium sized specialty food manufacturers that are expected to benefit from the shopper insights that make them competitive with multi-national manufacturers that can afford extensive syndicated marketing research sources like IRI and Nielsen. Kehe has teamed with aWhere to provide visualization of shopper analysis on over 40,000 items distributed to over 15,000 retail locations.
