IKEA Extends Voice and Data Services

IKEA North American Services extends its use of Qwest Communications for voice and data services. The home furnishings retailer is using the Qwest fiber network as the backbone of its communication infrastructure. The voice and data network technologies provided by Qwest are deployed in 32 locations including retail stores, distribution centers, the contact center and the company's corporate headquarters. The Qwest fiber network will scale to meet IKEA's needs as the company continues to grow in the United States.
