Hot Topic Layers On Business Intelligence

Hot Topic selects several Lawson Business Intelligence (BI) modules, part of the Lawson S3 Enterprise Performance Management Suite. Hot Topic is using the BI software to gain a multi-dimensional view of financial, customer, internal process and human resource data. The retailer plans to use the Lawson Smart Notification and ProcessFlow Professional modules to provide automated exception alerts and controls that foster employee compliance with company procedures. The company also will use ProcessFlow Professional for simpler validation and auditing.
