The ongoing labor shortage has affected every industry, but the retail and consumer goods segments were some of the hardest hit. Workforce troubles are not limited to the frontline; building a skilled and loyal headquarters staff is an ongoing challenge across the industry as well.

To tackle this challenge, Jo O’Hazo, chief data & analytics officer of Giant Eagle, will explore the next-gen analytic skills companies require from their tech teams, and how to recruit and cultivate these unique skills at Analytics Unite: The Summit for Retail and Consumer Brands.

The summit takes place this June 21-23 at the Drake Hotel in Chicago, IL, and will gather the most innovative executives in retail and consumer goods for three exclusive days of education and networking.

O’Hazo joins an esteemed panel including Mohit Das, former vice president, commercial analytics, Kellogg, and Nandha Kumar, CIO Americas, Danone. Together the three executives will help attendees learn how their peers are attracting and retaining top talent and the steps they can take to win the battle for in-demand analytic leaders, in the session “Recruit, Retain, Renew: Building a Connected Workforce.”
