Former Eyeview Sales VP to Lead Aki’s New CPG Division

Marketing tech provider Aki Technologies has developed its first division dedicated solely to consumer packaged goods, led by Risa Crandall.

Crandall, former VP of sales at Eyeview, will lead Aki’s new team as its VP of strategy and sales. She’ll be tasked with growing the new team, utilizing moment marketing to activate impactful ads for CPG brands, and increasing consumer engagement for these marketers.

Crandall has also held leadership positions at Meredith Corporation and Quotient Technology, a background that gives her specialized understanding of CPG challenges, publisher needs, driving conversion and using data to drive sales lift. She was also one of the founding five members of Crisp Mobile.

Cristina Costa and Alexa Williams, both formerly with Eyeview, are also joining the team. They’ll serve as Aki’s sales directors for CPG. Costa has more than 11 years of CPG experience on the agency side, as well as client direct and adtech sales; before Eyeview, she was on the Diageo e-commerce team. Before Eyeview, Williams worked at Inmar and Brandshare US.

The new team will put a special emphasis on using moments to message consumers and working with brands to measure sales lift. All three swill be based in New York City.
