Russell Baker has been named vice president, shopper marketing strategy, content and capabilities, for Coca-Cola North America.
ConAgra Foods, Omaha, Nebraska
Former CEO of Hillshire Brands Sean Connolly will replace CEO Gary Rodkin, effective April 6. Connolly has also held positions at Sara Lee, Campbell Soup North America and Procter & Gamble.
Kraft Foods Group, Northfield, Illinois
The company recently announced a number of changes including George Zoghbi’s move to chief operating officer from vice chairman, operations, R&D, sales and strategy; and that Chris Kempczinski, who currently leads Kraft’s Canada business unit, has assumed an expanded role as executive vice president of growth initiatives and president of international. Deanie Elsner, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, has left the organization, and Jane Hilk, executive vice president and president, enhancers & snack nuts, has been appointed interim CMO. Additionally, James Kehoe has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer.

Chris Almeida, formerly of Safeway, is the new senior director of shopper experience at CVS/pharmacy.

Former Sears executive Imran Jooma has joined the retailer as chief omnichannel officer and executive vice president, responsible for all customer-facing touchpoints including digital, store operations, the customer care center and brand marketing.
My Fit Foods, Austin, Texas
Michael Lubitz is the new chief financial officer for the growing retailer that now has more than 50 locations in five states.
Target, Minneapolis
Tesco veteran Mike McNamara has joined the company as executive vice president and chief information officer, succeeding Bob DeRodes after less than a year in the CIO role. DeRodes had replaced former CIO Beth Jacob in the wake of the 2013 data breach.
