The distribution center projects, construction of new stores, and expansion, remodelling or relocation of existing stores represents an investment of more than $450 million in the Canadian economy.
Flowers agrees to purchase the Wonder, Nature's Pride, Merita, Home Pride and Butternut bread brands; 20 bakeries and approximately 38 depots for $360 million.
