Burlington Coat Factory Implements Task Management

Burlington Coat Factory implements the Reflexis RetailAction task management and store walk software within a 15-week period. The system was rolled out in 390 locations and will offer the retailer higher task completion and compliance levels and the ability to monitor key metrics. The softlines retailer will use the closed loop system to streamline communication and reduce the volume of corporate-to-store email. The system allows the store managers and associates to reduce time spent working on less productive tasks and paperwork. They can then spend more time on the sales floor helping customers and driving increased sales.
