Agentrics and SINFOS to Form Data Sync Joint Venture

Agentrics plans to form a joint venture that combines the Agentrics GenSync business unit and SINFOS, the European data synchronization solution provider owned by Pironet NDH and GS1 Germany. This new company will focus on accelerating the adoption of global data synchronization by retailers and consumer goods manufacturers as it unites the expertise, technologies, service organizations and customer bases of Agentrics and SINFOS. The new company will serve more than 3,000 customers, including more than 50 of the world's largest retailers, effectively resulting in the world's largest data pool.
