Triad Retail Media Replaces CEO

Triad Retail Media promoted global chief customer officer Sherry Smith to the role of chief executive officer. She succeeds Roger Berdusco, who is leaving the company after 11 years to pursue new opportunities.

Smith will be responsible for continuing Triad's growth and managing operations and finances for the 500-person company. In her previous position, Smith oversaw the agency's client services, working with retailers including Sam's Club, CVS/pharmacy, Dollar General and Kohl's to provide sales, creative, content, operations and analytics solutions. She has more than 20 years of experience in traditional and digital advertising.

“Triad is a retail media pioneer, a position that gives us the opportunity to help the world’s largest retailers navigate a shifting industry," Smith said in a media release. "Our innovative capabilities put retail on the map for brands, which we believe is the missing piece of the puzzle.
