UK-based Tesco incorporates MicroBuild, a household geo demographic product from The Gadberry Group, into its U.S. grocery store venture. MicroBuild helps the grocer make informed real estate location decisions. The company also uses MicroBuild to better understand demographic changes in the neighborhoods being considered for grocery store locations. Fresh & Easy also uses the geo demographic product for its feature set, which includes consumer data and delivers household and population counts beginning at the census block level.
