The newly combined organization will be the worlds largest provider of Global Data Synchronization Network services, offering solutions to businesses across a range of industries, including healthcare, grocery, hardlines, foodservice and CPG, enabling them to share consistently accurate product data with consumers globally.
"Scan & Go" allowed test shoppers, made up of company employees friends and family, to scan products they were purchasing with their phones as they shopped, then complete the transaction through self-checkout.
The Quincy, Wash. facility will process botanicals from the company's nearby Trout Lake Farm operations, the largest certified organic herb farm in North America.
