Staples launches PowerReviews' customer review service on Staples.com. Staples.com is using the tag-based system to offer site visitors customer reviews that allow them to find and compare a variety of products. The PowerReviews service is designed to instill trust and confidence in the purchasing decisions of Staples' customers. Staples is the first national office products retailer to offer online product reviews.
