RedPrairie Corporation Acquires GEOCOMtms

RedPrairie Corporation completes its acquisition of GEOCOMtms. The combined company, operating under the name RedPrairie Corporation, will integrate and support all products and services from both organizations within RedPrairie's end-to-end (E2e) suite. The acquisition is expected to help fulfill demands from shippers and transportation service providers for essential, robust fleet management solutions that provide route optimization and visibility to manage same day deliveries for private and commercial fleets.  RedPrairie's Global Transportation Group will integrate and oversee GEOCOMtms's Quebec City and Atlanta offices under the direction of RedPrairie Global Transportation Group President Tim Conroy.
