Pinnacle Foods Taps DSC Transportation Services

Pinnacle Foods Group Inc. will leverage DSC Logistics transportation management services for product shipping. In April 2007, Pinnacle Foods awarded DSC warehousing and distribution management services. Now DSC will be providing transportation services for Pinnacle out of its Mira Loma and Tracy, California, Logistics Centers. DSC receives Pinnacle Foods' products from six primary manufacturing locations in the Mid-West and East Coast at its logistics centers, provides warehouse management services and is now managing the transportation to major retailers located in 11 states on the west coast and Canada.
