Panasonic Advances E-Commerce for Consumer Electronics
Panasonic Corporation, a provider of consumer and professional technologies, enlists Shopatron, a provider of e-commerce solutions for consumer goods manufacturers, to incorporate retailers into the Panasonic.com online shopping process. The solution allows Panasonic to assign Panasonic.com orders to local retailers for shipment and in-store pickup, providing faster delivery to consumers and strengthening its relationships with retailers. As Panasonic increases its online sales, its retailers grow their in-store business, and both partners are able to better meet the needs and demands of their customers.
