Pactera EDGE has launched its new Intelligent Experience Platforms Practice, designed to deliver insights across customer experience touchpoints.
The services leverage advanced human-centric algorithms to optimize the user experience, develop content and accelerate growth. They will take advantage of developments in personalization and intelligence technologies that further encourage customer loyalty and amplify the impact of every customer engagement, according to the company.
The new practice, which consists of a global, 200-person team, will be led out of the Pactera EDGE New York City office.
