Overstock.com Adds Customer-Driven Product Rankings

Overstock.com deploys Mercado Software and Bazaarvoice to incorporate customer-driven product rankings into the site's searchandising platform. The online retailer is integrating Bazaarvoice ratings and reviews with Mercado's customer feedback data to allow customers to refine product selections based on buying decision criteria. Overstock shoppers can narrow their search results based on attributes such as color, brand, size and price and also can sort results by highest review rated products.
