Ocean Spray Cuts Out of Stocks and Zero Sales Days

Ocean Spray Cranberries implements the On-Demand RFID system from TR3. Specifically, Ocean Spray is using the Zero Sales Prevention module to prevent out of stocks and zero sales days. The TR3 system converts daily RFID scans and then sifts, organizes and extracts critical issues that were previously invisible to product and supply chain managers. "The new Zero Sales Prevention module will save us a tremendous amount of time and make our sales team more effective," says Doug Heffron, head of the Wal-Mart Sales team for Ocean Spray. "Today, the majority of our efforts are focused on searching for root causes of store level issues, but with the TR3's Zero Sales Prevention module the problems identified by RFID reads are now visible on a single, intuitively designed interface. With the root causes already identified and brought to our attention, our sales team can be proactive in correcting store level exceptions to proper product flow."
