New York & Company Launches Rewards Club

New York & Company deploys Loyalty Lab's Customer Relationship Management Suite to create a new customer loyalty and retention program. The women's apparel retailer now rewards customers based on the number of transactions made in-store and on the Web site. New York & Company is using the new platform for marketing and retail campaign management, and to serve as the central location of e-mail, Web-based and POS communications, which draw from the same hosted database. Loyalty Lab's Web-based, on-demand platform hosts the infrastructure for the program.
